AFCO Bakeries, a Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and ensure excellent guest experiences on each shift. The role focuses on aligning with brand standards and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will set daily goals, assign responsibilities, and motivate the team while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Prior cafe or quick-service experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the franchise network.
