Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure operations meet safety, cleanliness, and inventory standards.
