Desert De Oro Foods is seeking a Shift Leader for a Pizza Hut location to run shifts independently while guiding team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational standards. You will be expected to lead by example, manage tasks, and uphold food safety and quality during every shift.

The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and collaboration with management to deliver great guest experiences and efficient service on a busy foodservice line.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check criteria
• Able to do basic business math
• Able to stock shelves and coolers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 90% of shift time

Responsibilities

• Execute responsibilities for people, customer, and service
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Ensure that employees are clean and neat in appearance
• Personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
• Greets customers with a smile, is polite and pleasant when speaking with customers
• Cooperation with peers, work with fellow employees as part of a team, helps others when they need a hand
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
