Job summary

Smoothie King in Comstock Park, MI is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Shift Leader to help guests meet health goals by guiding smoothie and retail product choices. This role also provides leadership when the General Manager is absent and supports team members across shifts.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year in restaurant or retail customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and solid POS knowledge. Punctuality and a strong customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar retail customer service.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
