Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Brand Ambassador / Shift Leader in Grand Rapids to guide guests toward healthy choices and supervise team members when the General Manager is away. You will champion the Dunkin' brand, lead shifts, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, cash handling, inventory, and maintaining store standards while promoting our culture and values. Strong communication and POS knowledge are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail service.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
