Job summary

Dunkin' in Lansing, MI is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to help guests meet their wellness goals by guiding smoothie and retail product selections while upholding Dunkin' standards. This role also provides leadership when the General Manager is not in store.

You will supervise team members during shifts, ensure accuracy in cash handling and store opening/closing tasks, and promote the brand's culture and mission. Previous restaurant or retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant or retail customer service role.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable about general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to give and receive feedback.

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
