Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Part-time Shift Leader/Brand Ambassador to assist guests in choosing smoothies and retail products that support healthy lifestyles. You’ll guide team members when the GM is away and model the brand's culture and mission.

Successful candidates have at least 1 year in restaurant or retail customer service, solid Microsoft Office and POS knowledge, excellent communication, reliability, and a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
