Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts with minimal supervision. You will take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most of the shift. Candidates must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong analytical/decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; provide guidance to others.
• Assist in maintaining guest service standards and smooth daily operations.
