Old Carolina Barbecue Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor team members in Massillon, Ohio. This role provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and a pathway for growth within our expanding BBQ restaurant family.

You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold food safety standards, and partner with management to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
