Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a restaurant environment (2–3 years)
• Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience in a restaurant (1–2 years)
• Act with integrity and honesty
• Exercise situational leadership successfully
• Resolve conflict professionally
• Demonstrate effective oral communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Deliver hospitality service by anticipating guest needs and smooth store flow
• Delegate tasks to enable the City Barbeque experience for guests
• Stay calm during high volume to uphold standards
• Organize opening/closing duties and ensure food safety and clean stations
• Follow cash handling and register policies with security in mind
• Train new teammates with constructive coaching
• Communicate with the General Manager about performance and goals
• Provide clear, timely feedback to improve performance
