You will oversee the Cookie Crew, coach teammates, and ensure an outstanding guest experience while maintaining quality, safety, and speed of service.

The role focuses on leadership on duty, coaching, and coordinating tasks to meet peak demand. Evening and weekend availability is expected in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

Lead bakery operations during your shift, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members, providing direction and feedback throughout the shift.
Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently and meet guest demand.
Maintain standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
Communicate updates with store leadership to keep bakery optimal.
