Job summary

Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily service center operations in Naples, FL. You will assist with opening/closing, ensure top customer service, and guide team members through the VIOC service process.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a customer-focused team.
• At least 6 months automotive experience and/or one year of retail shift leader/key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
