Job summary

Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily service-center operations. You will open/close the center, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting from within.

Requirements include at least 6 months automotive experience or 1 year of retail shift-leader experience. Competitive pay at $20.25 per hour, paid training, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months automotive experience and/or one year of retail shift leader experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services.
• Inspect vehicles for issues and areas needing attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid checks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure supplies are available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
