Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field with 3+ years in a manufacturing setting; pharma preferred.
• Associate degree with 5+ years in manufacturing; pharma preferred.
• HS diploma with 7+ years in manufacturing; pharma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience; NN leadership program may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, productive and engaging workplace.
• Promote adherence to quality objectives, specifications and requirements.
• Coach and mentor work cell leaders and team members.
• Provide direction and motivation for all shift team members.
• Manage personnel issues, vacation planning, and related duties.
• Perform process confirmation to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate across shift teams to standardize and improve.
