Job summary

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and understands complicated product documentation and SOPs.
• Demonstrates systematic approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Supports event response activities for the process and documents problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation to execute the production plan within the work cell.
• Monitor and control equipment, systems and processes.
• Enforce safety and environmental requirements during duties.
• Set up next shift for success and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Lead team in event response with support from engineers and supervisor.
• Schedule work cell resources and manage breaks and activities.
• Provide training oversight and ensure competency of team members.
