Sitemetric seeks a proactive Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects and campus environments, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader. You will ensure compliant operations and coordinate workforce logistics while being the primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role offers a field-based, shift-based schedule with potential nights and weekends, and a compensation range of $50,000 to $55,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Access Control Officers (ACOs) on a specific shift or project.
• Act as onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable.
• Coordinate with Site Logistics Leader for updates and performance concerns.
• Verify attendance, time in/out, and overall shift performance; provide coaching.
• Serve as point of contact for customer representatives and stakeholders.
