Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, support a dynamic team, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll help customers select wash packages, monitor equipment, and ensure safety and quality throughout each shift.

This full-time role offers paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, team-focused environment. Training is provided, and promotion from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
