Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to drive a fast-paced shift and mentor a team. This full-time role offers leadership opportunities, paid training, and biweekly tips to boost earnings.

You’ll help customers choose wash packages, oversee daily operations, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active.
• Available evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee team.
• Ensure team understands responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check
