WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Crowley, TX is hiring a Shift Leader for a full-time, on-site role. You will lead the shift, support customers, and help the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities for advancement within the company. Flexible scheduling and team-focused environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure teammates understand and complete responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Support opening/closing procedures and maintain cleanliness.

What You'll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Must pass a background check
