Job Description

Summary: Assists in daily oversight, coordination, and execution of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation objectives.

Summary: Provides excellent service, product, and image standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Provides leadership support to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
  2. Maintains high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations.
  3. Communicates clearly and positively with management and team members.
  4. Greets customers in person or via phone, taking orders professionally and promptly.
  5. Provides excellent customer service to encourage repeat business, including informing customers about menu items and specials.
  6. Supports shift management.
  7. Communicates daily job assignments for each shift.
  8. Oversees pre-close functions, ensuring service and food quality standards are maintained.
  9. Manages cash operations, including register counts, cash and coupon accountability, and daily reports.
  10. Adheres to waste tracking procedures and food and labor cost practices.
  11. Upsells additional products when appropriate.
  12. Masters POS systems for order processing.
  13. Handles transactions quickly and accurately.
  14. Follows procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation.
  15. Assists with inventory control and stock ordering.
  16. Builds customer loyalty through friendly interactions and appreciation.
  17. Resolves customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  18. Cross-trains and coordinates scheduling with team members for seamless service.
  19. Takes initiative to perform extra tasks when scheduled duties are complete.
  20. Prepares and packages menu items, including assembling, weighing, and labeling.
  21. Maintains cleanliness and organization of work stations and display cases.
  22. Transfers supplies and tools between storage and work areas.
  23. Ensures supervisor is aware of food shortages.
  24. Adheres to all quality standards, policies, and guidelines.
  25. Performs other duties as assigned.
