Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced role. You will lead the shift, support a team, and help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $18 per hour plus biweekly tips. We offer paid training, growth opportunities, and a team-focused environment with benefits and 401(k). This is a hands-on leadership position with promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
