Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash in Dallas, TX is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time). Starting pay is $17–$19 per hour plus biweekly tips, with paid training and opportunities to grow into management.

You’ll lead a fast-paced team, oversee daily shift operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain wash quality. This role requires active supervision, strong communication, and reliability, with evenings and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment

What We’re Looking For
