WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader for full-time hours in a fast-paced, active environment. This leadership role includes supervising the team, guiding daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining wash quality.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour plus biweekly tips. Paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for promotion are offered, with a strong emphasis on internal growth and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
