Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Pearland is hiring a Shift Leader to drive the shift and support a fast-paced team. The role offers hands-on leadership, a starting pay of $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, and paid training to help you succeed.

You'll supervise daily operations, ensure team members complete their tasks, deliver excellent service, and help grow into management as the company promotes from within.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and oversee the team.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
