WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Shift Leader (Full-time) in Martinez, GA to lead daily shift operations and support a high-energy team. You will guide staff, handle customer questions, and help customers choose wash packages, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and supervise team members.
• Ensure team understands and completes duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Assist customers with wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with safety, incident reports and documentation.
• Support opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash quality on site.

What You’ll Do (Fast-Paced & Active Role)

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentationEnsure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality

This is not a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, leading the team, supporting customers, and helping the operation run smoothly throughout the shift.
