WhiteWater Express in Martinez, GA is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time, fast-paced environment. You will support daily shift operations, lead the team, ensure tasks are completed, and provide excellent customer service while guiding staff through routine duties.

The role emphasizes active leadership, hands-on supervision, and maintaining safety and cleanliness, with paid training and opportunities to advance into management within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.

• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
