Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to supervise daily operations and support the management team in coaching the crew, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently on each shift.

This role offers opportunities for advancement, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, plus benefits such as medical coverage and a 401(k) plan after eligibility. Applicants with restaurant or retail leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required and able to read/write.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong time management, guest service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assist the management team with coaching and development of team members.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer service and maintain sanitation and safety procedures.

WINNIN’

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
