Job summary

&pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy shop. You will lead with personality, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure guests and team leave smiling after every shift.

This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and efficiency in a busy store. As a shift leader you will train teammates, uphold food safety, coordinate opening and closing procedures, and solve guest inquiries quickly.

Qualifications

• Must pass Food Safety Certification within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly.
• Conversational English required.
• Hospitality mindset and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced shop.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
