Job summary

&pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure guests and staff leave smiling. You’ll help manage shifts, model hospitality, and maintain a clean, safe, high-energy shop.

The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, strong time management, and hands-on involvement with guests. Candidates should speak conversational English and be able to lift up to 30 pounds; Food Safety Cert within 45 days is required.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• As a requirement of the position, shift leaders must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills. Ability to multi-task, to prioritize, and to organize.
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Be able to handle a knife confidently
• Be able to speak conversational English
