Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dedicated team member to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding Team Members to complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.

You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for both Team Members and customers, handle day-to-day shift responsibilities, and contribute to a positive, efficient restaurant operation under franchise guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or customer service.
• Ability to lead shifts and supervise team members.
• Follows cash handling, safety, inventory and labor policies.

Responsibilities

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
