Job summary

Taco Bell franchise location is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager in running effective shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership to solve problems, guide Team Members, and ensure safe, friendly service while upholding quality food and policies.

You will also help ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies, contributing to a positive, efficient work environment for both staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Help maintain a safe place for Team Members and customers, and guide others as needed.
