Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. in Glendale Heights seeks a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, meeting Taco Bell standards and ensuring safe, quality food served with a friendly face.

You will guide Team Members to complete duties, handle customer concerns promptly, provide feedback to staff, communicate openly with the Restaurant Management team, and uphold cash, security, inventory and labor policies to keep the store thriving.
