Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking to support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will take ownership to solve problems, guide team members, and ensure everyone performs their duties while serving safe, high-quality food with a friendly attitude. Key responsibilities include creating smooth shifts, addressing customer concerns promptly, and reinforcing cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems and guide others when needed.
• Ensure Team Members complete assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe workplace for Team Members and customers.
