Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a reliable Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership to solve problems, assist teammates, and ensure Team Members complete assigned duties while serving safe, quality food with a friendly attitude.

You will help maintain a safe environment for both Team Members and customers, while adhering to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.

Job description

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
