Job summary

Workstream is seeking a highly skilled Shift Leader for Dunkin' in West Palm Beach, Florida. You'll lead a dynamic team, deliver excellent service, and ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred. What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, helping make key decisions
