As a Shift Leader at our Tyler, TX store located at 3979 University Blvd Unit 400, Tyler, TX 75701, you are the captain of our bakery day or night! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” (and beyond), by predicting the flow of business during a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You will also take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and fun night for your store!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store operations during your shift, communicate relevant information, monitor efficiency, uphold company standards, and assist in training team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the team
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient personality
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
