Join to apply for the Burger King Shift Leader role at GPS Hospitality

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all duties of Team Members and have additional responsibilities for managing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards across all areas, including product preparation, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and team management.

Job Duties
  1. Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfies guests
  2. Train and coach team members
  3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations effectively
  4. Set an example by maintaining excellent knowledge of restaurant operations
  5. Provide coaching and feedback to team members
  6. Supervise in accordance with GPS values and behaviors
  7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
  8. Follow and enforce cash policies; address violations appropriately
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager
Job Requirements
  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
  • Work in warm and cold temperatures
  • Stand for 8-10 hours
  • Lift up to 20 lbs
