What does a day in the life of a Shift Leader look like?

Shift Leaders work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. They set the tone and morale, provide coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain before leadership training completion)
• Valid driver's license preferred but not always required
