Job summary

Dunkin Florida is seeking motivated Shift Leaders to guide a fast-paced team and deliver excellent guest service.

Lead by example, assist with prep, inventory, and cash handling, and coach crew members while upholding food safety and brand standards. Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do:

As a Shift Leader, you’ll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:
