Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Toledo store located at 1440 Secor Road, Toledo OH 43607, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership should include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. Taking pride in your role as a leader will contribute to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team!

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating important information, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Leadership by example and motivational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
