Job Title: Shift Leader

Location: Cedar Falls store at 2202 College St, Cedar Falls IA 50613

As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand how to predict business flow and 'Own the Night' by leading with a hands-on style. Your responsibilities include building orders, suggestive selling, baking, customer interaction, and fostering a fun, productive environment.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and coach team members
• Delegate tasks in baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, leading the Cookie Crew
• Work alongside the Cookie Crew
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
