Firehouse Subs in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team, ensure top-tier service, and uphold food quality during assigned shifts.

You will coach crew members, assist with scheduling, inventory, and daily operations while maintaining compliance with health and safety rules. The role offers opportunities for growth in a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, professional appearance and attitude.
• Open availability 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM; full-time hours (30–40 hrs/week).
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic with lead-by-example mentality.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and motivate Crew Members to uphold Firehouse Subs standards.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (health, labor, safety, etc.).
• Support General Manager with scheduling, inventory, and shift execution.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at all times.
• Help manage food/labor costs and drive sales growth.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Represent Firehouse Subs with professionalism and positivity.
