Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast‑paced team during high energy shifts, uphold service and food quality, and support operations with a people‑first mindset.

This full‑time role emphasizes coaching Crew Members, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing schedules, inventory, and costs, while maintaining cleanliness and safety to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, professional appearance and attitude.
• Open availability (10:30 AM – 9:00 PM); full-time hours (30–40 hrs/week).
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a “lead by example” mentality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts, ensuring top-tier service and food quality.
• Coach, train, and motivate Crew Members to uphold Firehouse Subs standards.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (health, labor, safety, etc.).
• Support General Manager with operational tasks, scheduling, inventory, and shift execution.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and efficiency at all times.
• Help manage food/labor costs and drive sales growth.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Represent Firehouse Subs with professionalism and positivity.
