Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team with coaching and task execution.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or retail supervisory experience, strong guest service, time management, and a passion for teamwork. Fluency in English and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are expected; multiple shifts available with flexible scheduling.

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
