Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Del City, OK is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations and support the management team with coaching to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience, with flexible full-time and part-time schedules and opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to food handling and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required
• 18 years of age or older
• Restaurant/retail/supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Stand, bend, lift and reach over head as needed
• Strong time management and guest service skills

WINNIN'

• You are able to fluently speak/read english
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred
• Passion for results by building teams
• Ability to follow all food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach over your head
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
