We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve; and in maintaining a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am depending on the location) and weekends
• Ability to pass background check as required by law
• Possession or ability to obtain ServSafe Certification before completing leadership training
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations, with driving qualifications as per company policy
