Job Title: Shift Leader at Einstein Bros. Bagels

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Set the morale and tone of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.
