Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Leader in Streetsboro, Ohio. As a brand ambassador, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals and lead a team in the absence of the General Manager. Responsibilities include blending smoothies, engaging with guests, prepping ingredients, and handling cash and inventory tasks. A successful candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience and must demonstrate strong communication skills. The role provides a flexible schedule and an employee discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Must be extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store.
