Job summary

Workstream in University Heights, Ohio, is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to ensure an exceptional guest experience while blending smoothies and managing team members. The Shift Leader will be responsible for customer interaction, food prep, and operational tasks, while also promoting the brand’s values. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience and possess strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Must be extremely reliable.

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
