Chick-fil-A in Springfield, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant, greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience.

You will help train new hires, lead shifts as a key holder, and model outstanding teamwork and guest service. This role emphasizes friendly communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a community-focused Chick-fil-A environment.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
